Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated Field Service Engineers to join our growing team. As an integral part of our success, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a superior experience with our IVF Medical products. This position requires exceptional customer-facing skills, adeptness in hands-on problem solving, and a passion for providing technical support and training.
Responsibilities
- Travel extensively across the US (occasional international) to install, test, service, and market our products.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction with our products.
- Collaborate with our sales team by providing technical expertise and guidance on product selection.
- Deliver comprehensive product and service training to customers, empowering them to confidently utilize our equipment.
- Inspect and test products in a warehouse prior to shipment to guarantee smooth installation processes.
- Manage inventory of replacement parts, ensuring efficient operations and timely fulfillment of customer needs.
- Maintain detailed service logs to track service issues and resolutions.
- Communicate directly with the factory, reporting defects and tracking part shipments.
- Analyze and quote appropriate replacement parts, managing orders and keeping accurate records.
- Perform hands-on installation, preventive maintenance, and rectification procedures.
- Represent our company at trade shows, leveraging your technical knowledge and field experience to promote our IVF medical equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Solid understanding of life science applications and laboratory equipment.
- Valid US passport, driver's license, and credit card for travel purposes.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist colleagues.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
