About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and assisting with food preparation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide quick and efficient service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit transactions.
  3. Assist with front line food preparation procedures, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  4. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  5. Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Previous customer service experience preferred.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
