About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager II to join our team at SNC Ltd. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and tasks across various IT areas, including business application development, application support, systems administration, and network administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and allocate resources.
  • Ensure compliance with IT practices and terminology, and provide guidance to project teams as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 4+ years of relevant experience in IT project management, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Current Six Sigma Green or Black certification, or willingness to obtain immediately.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP, Scrum Master, and knowledge of Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing principles.
What We Offer

SNC Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $105K - $144K, annual incentive pay based on performance, and a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
