About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with mechanical experience to lead our mechanical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within established budget, time, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate mechanical projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with contract documents and applicable goals.
  • Review project documents, plans, and specifications, and direct construction activities to resolve difficulties and project closings.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements, blueprints, and specifications.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing ground-up/remodels for mechanical projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all personnel, clients, customers, and architects.
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software.
  • Previous experience with project documentation and record-keeping.
