Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries, maintain accurate records and reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive work environment, provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed, and contribute to a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, and contribute to the growth and success of Aqua-Tots Development.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative software and systems, ability to maintain accurate records and reports, and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, provide support and assistance to colleagues, and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
