We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Aqua-Tots Development. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere, communicate effectively with potential and existing customers, build relationships with families and get to know their names and their children's names, handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner, and report any unresolved complaints to management.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries, maintain accurate records and reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive work environment, provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed, and contribute to a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, and contribute to the growth and success of Aqua-Tots Development.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative software and systems, ability to maintain accurate records and reports, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, provide support and assistance to colleagues, and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
