- Coordinate and work with plants, R&D group, and Finance to complete specification sheets for stock packages.
- Assist Market Development Manager in research projects, analyzing segments, building customer, competitive, and product databases.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Support commercial teams in lead generation and qualification processes.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, including negotiating, strategy development, and building value propositions.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint software.
- Previous exposure to manufacturing processes and technical knowledge within the plastics industry is preferred.
