The position demands significant responsibility, persistence, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude, as the FE oversees layout, supervises trade workers and subcontractors, and manages safety and quality control aspects. • Conduct production trend analysis for work quantities and contribute to weekly and monthly scheduling and cost control reports.
  • Support quality control, site safety initiatives, and coordination of trade partners as directed by the project superintendent, which may involve leading a small workforce for supervisory experience.
