Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture broker and agent relationships to produce business from existing relationships and specialty producers.
  • Evaluate applications and account loss experience to determine eligibility and develop coverage and premium proposals.
  • Negotiate coverage terms and premiums with clients.
  • Maintain renewals and attract new business to drive growth.
  • Document underwriting process and maintain underwriting records.
  • Communicate coverage, services, and company philosophy to sales channel.
Requirements
  • College degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of professional liability underwriting experience.
  • Insurance training certification.
