Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join our team at Diedre Moire Corp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, taxation, and investment banking, with a proven track record of success in M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and development of relationships with M&A source producers, including brokers, lawyers, and private equity fund principals.
  • Drafting of legal and commercial documents, including preparation and review of deal documents.
  • Analysis of tax structuring and provision of expert support to the underwriting of transaction risk, representation & warranty, tax liability, and contingent liability insurance.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in M&A transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, taxation, and investment banking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
