Roofing Specialist

Hancock Claims Consultants Technicians is seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our dynamic field team. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing property damage, including steep and high roofs. This is an independent contractor position that offers a great opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded individuals to work on a variety of assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to assess damage and identify areas of concern
• Use technology to document findings and provide detailed reports
• Work with insurance carriers and adjusters to resolve claims
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and ability to transport and carry a 32' ladder
• Ability to complete inspection documentation via a Hancock-approved device
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams
• HAAG Certification is a plus
