Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess eligibility for care programs for individuals and families.
  • Facilitate communication and scheduling between internal and external clients.
  • Conduct interviews with clients to gather relevant information and compile case data for attorney recommendations.
  • Manage casework efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.
  • Perform legal research, analyze legal documents, and draft necessary legal paperwork.
  • Utilize multiple databases effectively to retrieve information.
  • Participate in workgroup meetings and contribute to discussions.
  • Support the leadership team as required.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree is essential.
  • Background in Paralegal studies is advantageous.
  • Experience in a legal setting is preferred.
  • Customer service or call center experience is beneficial.
  • Proficient in technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong time management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines independently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Additional Information:
  • This role requires 100% onsite presence.
