Job Summary

Hudson Bay Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic nursing assistance and support to residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with eating, ambulation, and range of motion exercises.
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Document resident care and activities on flow sheets and task sheets.
  • Attend interdisciplinary meetings to provide input into resident care plans.
Requirements
  • Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred experience in a long-term care environment.
