Regional Sales Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
You will maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare.
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Executing sales strategies to expand our existing customer base
- Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships
- Developing new sales strategies and techniques
- Promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
- Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
- Continuous education on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
