Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the implementation of new engineering software
* Serve as one of the Administrators for the Department's Engineering Document Management system (Bentley ProjectWise)
* Support the Department's electronic file exchange tool (Bentley ProjectWise Deliverables Management) for internal and external staff
* Provide day-to-day user support
* Assist in maintaining the Department's Engineering Software standards and documentation
* Develop/conduct engineering software user training sessions
* Document/revise existing and new business processes to meet new/revised engineering software requirements
* Develop engineering software best practices
* Investigate new and emerging engineering technology and make recommendations to Department personnel and management for implementation.

Requirements:

* Excellent organizational and planning skills
* Experience using/supporting document management systems such as Bentley ProjectWise
* Competent in the use of MS Office suite
* Experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions
* Experience providing customer support
* Experience in developing technical documentation
* Experience working in an Architectural or Engineering environment
* Familiarity with ServiceNOW
