We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our team at PennyMac Financial Services, Inc.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to maintain a high level of facility quality.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in a related field (e.g. facilities management, business administration).
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
