Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the production team, including assigning tasks and ensuring that all deadlines are met.

  • Monitor and maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant and Senior Production Manager to ensure that all production goals are met.
  • Utilize a pallet jack and other equipment to move materials and products as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including production metrics and employee performance.
  • Communicate effectively with the production team, providing clear instructions and feedback.
Requirements
  • 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or production environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 12 hours per day.
  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • Preferred qualifications include complex math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and 5 years of warehouse experience.
Work Environment

This is an Atlanta-based position operating out of a warehouse environment. The work environment is indoors, with moderate noise levels. Warehouse temperatures may vary depending on outside temperatures.

Physical Demands
  • Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read product lot numbers and expiration dates, read reports, and use a computer.
  • Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate in person or via technology, and to hear warning signals of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Standing: Must be able to stand for shift duration.
  • Walking: Must be able to walk without assistance to perform job duties.
  • Mobility: Must be able to be mobile to operate warehouse machinery.
  • Sitting: Must be able to sit for shift duration.
  • Stooping, Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel for short periods of time.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift 30 lbs – 50 lbs.
  • Hand Mobility: Must be able to have mobility in hands to open and seal packaging, utilize keyboard functions, and utilize phone systems.
