Production Lead

Hogarth Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled Production Lead to join our team in North America. As a key team player, you will be responsible for managing production work for Studio X, a global content experience company, in partnership with The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) account.
Key Responsibilities- Steward Studio X North America by driving revenue and profitability against annual targets
- Partner with WPP team leadership and agencies to engage with senior clients/partners through OpenX to develop, sustain, and grow the scope of Studio X production across both organic and new business
- Develop the relationship of a strategic, trusted production partner with clients, exploring and building understanding of how the Studio can meet their business requirements
- Engage with teams and partners to gain a full understanding of their objectives and requirements, and partner with them to define the scope and production strategy for programs and requests
- Curate and cast the most appropriate team through thoughtful resource and capacity planning and collaboration with OpenX partners and Studio X production leads
- Leverage Hogarth's global production network to ensure the most efficient, effective, and profitable production services are delivered, meeting the client's needs
- Partner with agencies and clients to be sensitive to their needs and concerns, while managing expectations and pushing back appropriately
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and financial management, understanding the economics of our business and contributing in a way that supports the financial model
- Create solid revenue forecasts, with accurate representation of committed vs. upside/downside revenue
- Cross-collaborate with WPP agencies on TCCC client needs through OpenX and identify opportunities for growth within the existing client work
- Own/collaborate on contract negotiations
- Review and approve final SOWs and Change Orders
- Lead and drive Studio X production team to flawlessly deliver work that meets client's business, operations, and strategic goals, assigning clear responsibility for tasks, decisions, and clear objectives
- Ensure the right people, process, partners, and deliverables are in place to get to the best production solutions
- Continually assess and simplify complex processes to make them more efficient
- Ensure all work is carefully monitored and quality-assured, despite day-to-day pressures, and that work produced is of the required quality expected both by the client and our organization
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate account risks and issues, escalating appropriately
- Build strong partnership and collaboration across team, capabilities, and functions within internal agency teams, as well as with clients and key external partners, including your account's key third parties, regional offices, clients, agency partners, etc.
- Motivate and drive the integrated team towards forward progress, action, and results
- Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement)
- Effectively and impartially navigate teams with conflicting priorities
- Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and clients across the business
- Manage teams to successfully execute in a quick-paced environment across varied project types
- Take active responsibility for morale of the team. Work with leads to identify issues impacting team satisfaction and proactively recommend solutions to address them
- Coach, train, and mentor team members in Studio X
- Review team structure and resources on an ongoing basis to ensure high-quality delivery, quality, and service for our clients, while appropriately maintaining agreed profitability
- Supervise and offer support even to those you do not directly manage
