Product Owner - Software Development

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead product development initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders and Agile teams to manage and prioritize the development process. This role is essential for coordinating software development activities, ensuring alignment between product goals and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to gather input and prioritize the product backlog for development efforts.
• Create detailed product specifications and ensure clarity for all relevant teams.
• Develop and communicate the vision for the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and strategy.
• Assist in defect triage, assessing timelines for resolution and minimizing blockers for development teams.
• Act as a central point of knowledge for products, answering questions and sharing insights.
• Remove obstacles that could hinder the team's ability to deliver high-quality work on time.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and how they drive product development.
• Ability to recognize the business value of features and functionalities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage and balance conflicting stakeholder requirements.
