About This Role

The Business Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for managing existing commercial relationships and soliciting new business opportunities with assigned customers and targeted prospects.

Key responsibilities include participating in outreach activities, serving as the primary advisor for assigned customers, and coordinating with product partners to cross-sell products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial products, credit policies, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in outreach activities with assigned customers and target prospects
  • Serve as the primary advisor for assigned customers
  • Coordinate with product partners to cross-sell products and services
  • Critically review and analyze portfolio to reduce risk and enhance profitability
  • Facilitate credit requests, including loan structuring and negotiation
  • Ensure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of commercial banking experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial products, credit policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
