Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Spire Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Process room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage guest complaints and issues, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts.
- Operate the front desk, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
