Qualifications:

  • Must successfully complete a specialized physical examination prior to training.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, along with eligibility for necessary security clearances.
  • No history of substance abuse.
  • Vision and hearing must meet specific standards.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

Training: Selected candidates will undergo an extensive training program, which includes a comprehensive 20-week course focusing on air traffic control fundamentals, radar technology, and radio communication. Practical training will follow, providing hands-on experience under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
