Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and inspire sales associates through coaching, counseling, and training to excel in overall sales performance and customer service skills.
  • Assist in establishing individual sales goals and managing accountability to increase individual sales performance.
  • Evaluate and resolve employee conflicts and concerns in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent to develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and implement engaging sales meetings, communications, and incentives to motivate sales associates.
  • Provide timely and accurate communication to sales staff regarding job expectations and performance feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years of direct sales experience.
  • Demonstrated sales leadership and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficiency using personal computers and ability to master Levin systems applications.
  • Ability to analyze information and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
