About the Role:
- Lead by Example: Ensure Health and Safety is the top goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner
- Train and Mentor: Train and guide Field Service Technicians
- Project Execution: Execute projects/jobs within budget and on time
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce and ensure OSHA, EPA, and H&S standards or regulations are compliant
- Team Collaboration: Understand and work with the Coordinator in the communication of manpower, equipment, and resources required to complete field service and emergency response projects
- Leadership: Manage large-scale field service and emergency response projects when directed
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: Required
- Physical Demands: Perform physical functions per job requirements, including lifting and pulling heavy objects
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel for extended periods of time, overnight
- Availability: Ability to be on-call for emergency response
- Background Check: Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical
