Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Job Description

This role involves managing restaurant operations, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality food, clean facilities, and exceptional customer service
  • Managing staff, providing training and coaching to improve performance and retention
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management on key performance indicators

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree and/or 6 months experience in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
