  • Handle cash transactions, including foreign currency exchange, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Respond to and process guest requests, both in person and via email, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Log and update opportunities in our system to communicate with the team and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Record guests' preferences and update their profiles, acting upon them to provide personalized service.
  • Assist guests with business needs, such as printing documents, and provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Book reservations, modify room reservations, and provide guests with information on hotel services and amenities.
  • Provide a fond farewell and encouragement to return to departing guests, ensuring they leave with a positive impression of our hotel.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English used in the workplace.
  • Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must possess basic computational ability.
  • Must possess basic computer skills.
  • General knowledge of the city and its attractions.
  • Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities.
