Maintaining a work environment that promotes safety, good manufacturing process, and efficiency in all warehouses.
Monitoring the receiving and transactions of raw materials required to produce finished goods each week.
Scheduling truck appointments and compiling reports for staff meetings.
Administering disciplinary action as needed and conducting bi-weekly safety meetings.
Communicating with customers to keep them informed of their orders and investigating complaints.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, with the ability to delegate and monitor tasks effectively. They will also have a good working knowledge of current operating systems and be able to use handheld scanners to make material and finished goods moves.
