Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of fiber optic networks in residential areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of field technicians responsible for installing fiber optic cables in residential areas.
  • Coach and evaluate the performance of field staff to ensure high-quality installations and excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate scheduling and dispatch to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer deadlines.
  • Identify and address any issues or problems that may arise during installations.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist in recruitment and training efforts to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Interface with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to installations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fiber optic or cable installation.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
