- Ensure all hiring processes adhere to employment laws and company policies.
- Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to enhance recruitment practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a bilingual capacity.
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
