Job Requirements

The Greene's Learning Garden is seeking a skilled and compassionate Childcare Associate to provide exceptional care and support to our students. As a Developmental Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized lesson plans that meet the needs of each child
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor child progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with families and staff to ensure seamless transitions and support

A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is desirable, but not mandatory. We are committed to providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
