We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in the development of marketing policies, programs, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop high-quality marketing materials with consistent branding and messaging
* Maintain the relevancy of our digital and social media presence and support our public communication strategy
* Manage and direct professional photography, internal marketing, and brand compliance
* Launch, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns
* Manage the activities of the Marketing Department and its staff
* Reporting of sales and marketing activities
* Assist with ongoing comprehensive and effective marketing programs in order to promote company services, resources, and activities
* Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives
* Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis
* Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel

Work Environment

Standard office environment

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time

Supervisory Responsibility

Directly supervises employees in the Marketing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Travel

Travel may be occasionally required between the Tukwila and Lynnwood offices
