About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager to join our team at CMP. As a key member of our perioperative services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow, bed management, and staff productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance communication, share data, and improve processes across the continuum.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or actively pursuing RN-MSN with completion within 3 years.
  • Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
  • At least 3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in perioperative nursing.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation period.
  • Perioperative certification (e.g., CNOR, CAPA) preferred.
