About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager to lead our Perioperative Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of RNs and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in perioperative nursing, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Perioperative certification (e.g. CNOR, CAPA) preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
