We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Help Desk Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support for the Naval Sea Logistics Center (NAVSEALOGCEN). This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service for the designated applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver phone and email assistance to relevant user groups.
  • Provide Tier 1, 2, and 3 support to troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries, application issues, or customer concerns.
  • Administer workstation support.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, online help resources, task-oriented guides, and reference materials.

Education Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in delivering Tier 1 and 2 help desk support to non-IT users for various applications.

Qualifications / Certifications:

- IAT II certification (e.g., Security+ CE; CySA+; GICSP; GSEC; SSCP; CND; or CCNA Security).

Clearance Requirements:

- Must possess an active Secret security clearance at the time of application.
