About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of various departments within the company and the ability to review complex documents and accounts. You will work closely with attorneys and other stakeholders to ensure accurate filings and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Document Review: Carefully examine documents and accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Court Representation: Represent the company at court hearings and depositions as a witness or corporate representative.
  3. Training and Development: Complete annual training programs, including the FDCPA assessment, to stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.
