Quality Assurance Specialist

Sun Nuclear Corp seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to perform inspection and testing activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. This role involves verifying conformance of supplier supplied materials, customer returns, and in-process products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and test materials, products, and processes to assess conformance to specifications and verify vendor capability
• Record results of inspections and tests, displaying/reporting results effectively for communication, analysis, and decision-making
• Maintain accurate and complete quality records, including Device History Files
• Assist Engineering in establishing, interpreting, maintaining, and improving quality standards for product performance, reliability, and appearance
• Operate various inspection and test equipment, such as X-ray imaging, ultrasound imaging, measuring devices, and surface plates
• Other duties may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
• Self-starter with ability to complete assignments on time
• Knowledgeable about Quality Management System policies and procedures, as well as Safety policy and procedures
About the Role:
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
