SharePoint Developer/Administrator

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer/Administrator to support the ADI LOG office in maintaining and sustaining the LOG internal and external SharePoint sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development and administration, with experience in SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience using SharePoint Designer to maintain and develop complex custom workflows.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintenance/sustainment/administration of existing and new client SharePoint sites and subsites, lists, libraries, web parts, and content
- Design and implement complimentary functionality for customer subsites, lists, libraries, and content
- Develop custom workflows using SharePoint Designer as well as assist with defining, coding, testing, and implementing solutions
- Develop and manage master pages and other reusable SharePoint components
- Provide advice, support and training on any items relating to permissions, site ownership, document management, forms, and workflows
- Clearly document the analysis of any problems and the solutions used to resolve them
- Communicate the status of issues to users and management
- Provide end user support primarily as related to SharePoint (resolve issues/requests)
- Participate in analysis efforts to design enhancements or solve existing SharePoint issues
- Assist in the design of technical approaches to deliver future capabilities
The salary for this position is between $150,000 – $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT-related field
- 3-5+ years SharePoint development and administration experience
- Experience in SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019
- Experience with the MS Office 365 environment (Notepad/Teams/SharePoint, etc.)
- Experience migrating existing SharePoint Site Collections to newer versions of SharePoint
- Must have hands on experience using SharePoint Designer to maintain and develop complex custom workflows
- Must have experience implementing JavaScript, CAML queries, and REST services to enhance usability and performance
- Must have experience providing end user support functions
- 5+ years of expert level Business Analysis skills
- Provide helpdesk support to SharePoint users (tracking, responding to and resolving)
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and recommend development or acquisition strategies of new appropriate technology solutions
- Ability to assist in development of strategic plans and concepts
- Provide guidance and act in a consulting and/or advisory capacity in the implementation of highly specialized, leading edge information technologies, methodologies, and software tools
- Experience working in support of Government agencies and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is preferred (Dept. of Defense Intelligence Information System [DODIIS] and Defense Information Systems Agency [DISA])
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Process improvement/automation experience
- Experience working with Power BI (or Tableau), Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Experience creating Quick Reference Guides, Job Aides, and other training material
Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI at the time of hire, and willing/able to get CI Polygraph
