Job Summary

JRH Consultants is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Administrator to join our team. As a SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in SharePoint tools to coach and train users on maximizing SharePoint capabilities, resulting in improved customer operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage SharePoint Online sites, ensuring effective usage and appropriate user permissions.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions to empower staff in effectively using SharePoint features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current SharePoint usage and identify areas for improvement or additional training.
  • Develop and disseminate best practices for SharePoint governance, content management, and team collaboration.
  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint-related issues.
  • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials tailored to the agency's specific needs.
  • Work closely with project teams to integrate SharePoint into project workflows and enhance collaboration tools.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to continually assess user satisfaction and areas for further training or support.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of experience with SharePoint, preferably in a coaching or training capacity. Experience in government or public sector environments is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises (2016/2019), including document libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring individuals of varying technical abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and implement them effectively.
