As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee sales operations, pre-production, and retail, training and developing a multi-level sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Manage the branch's budget, expenses, and financial resources effectively.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve overall company objectives.
  • Ensure that the branch operates in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team, providing direction and support.
  • Strategic planning experience to develop long-term goals and strategies for the branch.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
