Medical Transportation Supervisor

AAA Plus Transportation Service is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Transportation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Dispatch team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation services, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients to and from medical appointments.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the Dispatch team, including scheduling, staffing, and dispatching.
- Monitor and maintain the status of transportation vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide training and support to Dispatchers and Call Takers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching emergency services or commercial NEMT.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy weights and work in a fast-paced environment.
