- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth company.
- Management consulting experience highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies within non-technical environments preferred.
- Experience with Trello or other project management software required.
- Experience with workshop design and facilitation required.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver feedback and provide coaching to leaders in a constructive and supportive manner.
