At Code Ninjas, we're seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing and sales operations within the center. This role involves following up on leads, scheduling tours, and closing deals. You'll work closely with parents to understand their children's learning needs and provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center. Additionally, you'll engage with children and families in the center, ensuring a fun and safe learning environment. Your responsibilities will also include upholding corporate standards for center cleanliness and operational standards. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet and be perceptive to center dynamics. You'll report weekly to the executive team on progress. Key qualifications include knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership, as well as the ability to create and manage marketing campaigns, both digital and local. You'll also need to be familiar with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, and office equipment. We're looking for someone who is fun to work with, enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and is deadline and detail-oriented. Compensation: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year.
