Job Summary

Epsilon is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our MarTech partnerships as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. This role will drive growth through strategic partnerships, influence our strategic direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MarTech, AdTech, and Data partnership development and ability to create innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partner deals crucial to Epsilon's goals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, build partnership strategies, and develop financial/business models.
  • Work closely with Partner Executives, Sales and Enablement teams to ensure successful partnership execution.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in Advertising & AdTech, Marketing & MarTech, Agency & System Integrator, Data Infrastructure, and Consumer Data & Identity ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of 7+ years in partnership development and management, delivering high revenue growth.
  • Strong relationship-building and influence management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with diverse internal teams (legal, marketing, finance, technology, product, sales, etc.).
