Job Summary

DCOMM, INC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President of Field Operations to lead and oversee regional field teams in delivering top-tier service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, operations management, and strategic planning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage field operations teams to ensure optimal performance in service delivery, installations, and maintenance.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across multiple regions.
  • Oversee multi-site operational metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients to support company growth.
  • Implement best practices in field operations, leveraging data and analytics to optimize processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align operational strategies with company goals and long-term vision.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading large, multi-site field operations, preferably in the telecommunications or related industry.
  • Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, with a strong background in telecommunications, operations management, and strategic planning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel between locations as required.
