Job Description

Molina Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilitated Enroller to join our team. As a Senior Facilitated Enroller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful enrollment of our members into our health insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist eligible recipients with enrollment by phone or conduct face-to-face meetings to ensure optimal enrollment success.
  • Work closely with the Facilitated Enrollment Supervisor to meet and exceed site expectations and provide exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Assist with training, client meetings, and provide input on strategy as the business needs change within the given territory.
  • Monitor daily operations and identify needs for program tools, working with the Facilitated Enroller Supervisor to meet staff needs.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of process improvements within the current facilitated enrollment policies, procedures, services, and workflow to improve the customer experience and productivity.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of current processes, rules, and regulations of the MMC, EP, CHP, and QHP programs and serve as a resource for implementation, training teams.
  • Offer suggestions to the Facilitated Enrollment Supervisor regarding corrective action plans and conduct other quality activities, including policy and procedure review and application reviews.
  • Perform research assignments as directed by the Facilitated Enrollment Supervisor, which may include educational resources and best practices.
  • Meet with consumers at various sites throughout the communities to provide education and support to individuals navigating a complex system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with State and Federal Health Insurance programs and populations.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience leading projects, processes, or teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong presentation skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and Share Point.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
  • Knowledge of Managed Care insurance plans.
  • Ability to work with a diverse population, including different ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and/or underserved communities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation and a valid NYS driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Successful completion of the NYSOH required training and certification.
