Ejecutar Proyectos de Capital:

  • Colaborar con grupos de ingeniería para desarrollar el alcance de trabajo eléctrico y de control de procesos para proyectos de capital.
  • Gestionar proyectos de control de capital, asegurando que se cumplan el alcance, el presupuesto y el cronograma.
  • Proporcionar supervisión a contratistas eléctricos y asistencia durante el inicio según sea necesario.

Desarrollar Contenido del Proyecto:

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de sistemas de control para mejorar la seguridad, eficiencia, capacidad y calidad de las operaciones existentes.
  • Mantener planes de automatización a largo plazo para integrar operaciones por lotes, incluyendo aplicaciones web en C# .NET y la suite FactoryTalk Batch de Rockwell.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la Gestión de Seguridad de Procesos (PSM).
  • Seguir las mejores prácticas y estándares corporativos para instrumentación, arquitectura de redes de control y controles de procesos.

Apoyar las Operaciones de Planta:

  • Brindar apoyo al personal del sitio durante interrupciones de procesos y ayudar con la instalación y resolución de problemas de instrumentación de campo.
  • Proporcionar diseños de control para actualizaciones de procesos, incluyendo diseño de paneles y programación de HMI y controladores.
  • Fomentar la colaboración entre las partes interesadas para desarrollar y promover prácticas estandarizadas y óptimas para sistemas de control de procesos.
  • Crear configuraciones de recetas para nuevos productos.
  • Mantener listas de dispositivos de control y software del sitio.

Calificaciones Mínimas Requeridas:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica o Química, o equivalente.
  • Más de 8 años de experiencia liderando y ejecutando proyectos eléctricos y de control de capital en la industria química o de procesos.
  • Más de 8 años de experiencia apoyando hardware y software de control de procesos basado en redes.
  • Capacidad para liderar equipos de proyectos remotos y viajar aproximadamente el 30% a ubicaciones de la empresa para definición de alcance, desarrollo de diseño e implementación de proyectos.
  • Experiencia en la preparación de solicitudes de ofertas y administración de contratos de diseño y construcción.
  • Experiencia con servicios de integración de contratos y supervisión de oficios eléctricos y otros.
  • Historial consistente de ejecución de proyectos dentro del presupuesto y el cronograma.
  • Dominio de Rockwell RS View Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View SE & ME, SQL y bases de datos de historiador de datos.
  • Dominio de AutoCAD para el desarrollo de P&ID y documentación del alcance del proyecto.
  • Experiencia en gestión de integradores.
  • Experiencia con redes de conmutadores gestionados Cisco Stratix.
