We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Chaperones. Chaperones play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children under their care.
Responsibilities:
- Escort children to and from school and appointments.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Provide nurturing guidance and demonstrate patience while on duty.
- Have experience working with at-risk children who are in vulnerable stages of life.
Educational Requirements:
- A high school diploma with at least 2 years of experience is required.
- OR completed at least two (2) years of full-time satisfactory experience working at a nursery school or primary school or with youth in a residential setting.
- A BA degree with at least 1 year of the above experience is also acceptable.
Training Program:
- Attend and participate in provided trainings, including:
- Safe Crisis Management (SCM) Training: Comprehensive program focused on crisis prevention and management with a trauma-sensitive approach.
- CORE Training: An 8-day onboarding program for new staff working with children.
- Transportation Safety Training: Guidelines on safety protocols for transporting children in Agency-operated vehicles.
Compensation Package:
Estimated salary range: $25-$27 per hour
Working Schedule:
Shifts available include 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm, and 12pm-8pm.
