About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Mood Disorders Center to join our team at the Child Mind Institute. As a leader in our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our clinical programs and services. Your primary responsibility will be to lead one of our therapy teams, providing clinical supervision and guidance to psychologists and social workers. You will also be responsible for managing patient and family escalations, ensuring compliance with clinical standards of care and best practices, and participating in strategic planning and goal-setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, with a doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program in clinical psychology. A minimum of 5 years of experience in child mental healthcare, as well as current licensure to practice in New York or California, is required. A strong teamwork ethic, positive attitude, and ability to adapt to change are essential for success in this role. The estimated salary for this position is $**$140,000 - $170,000 per year**, based on location and experience.
