Job Title: Client Service Associate

As a Client Service Associate at Invesco, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the growth of our business. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in downtown Seattle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for SMA accounts.
  • Process new account set-ups, change requests, and cash raises for RIA and BD clients.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including direct/retail investors, broker dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors.
  • Provide white-glove service to clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Answer high-level portfolio and strategy-related questions.
  • Review and respond to reconciliation items, including delinked accounts, negative cash accounts, and new accounts.
  • Coordinate with custodians for service-related matters and custodian paperwork generation.
  • Manage client information in CRM (Salesforce) and assist with project execution for team initiatives.
  • Develop a client-centric approach while balancing multiple internal and external requests.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of directly applicable experience in an RIA or Broker Dealer environment.
  • Strong understanding of separately managed account structures.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, both internally and externally.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Series 65 required within 90 days of start.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 to $74,000 per year.
  • Total compensation includes salary and incentive pay, varying based on skills, experience, and location.
