Travel Customer Service Specialist

Trip Ignite is seeking a highly motivated Travel Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, assessing their travel needs and preferences, and recommending customized travel arrangements.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective clients to assess their travel needs and preferences.
- Recommend customized travel arrangements based on weather, culture, excursions/activities, and visa requirements.
- Book travel arrangements, collect payments, and obtain required documentation.
- Prepare pre-departure itineraries and handle conflicts in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional relationships with travel vendors, clients, and tour operators.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Familiarization with social media platforms, Zoom, and Google Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Salary
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
