Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to generate new car, used car, and service drive marketing programs. They will identify customers' needs and concerns accurately and effectively, make daily call quotas, respond to internet leads by phone, text message, and email, schedule sales appointments, confirm all sales appointments, and reschedule missed appointments.

You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer service and meet daily call quotas. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive sales and marketing, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year is offered, along with benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(K) plan with match, vacation time, and more.
